At Willow Therapeutic Coaching, I help people from all walks of life to process difficult emotions and traumas, with an integrative approach and through holistic insight. I prioritize a professional, friendly, and supportive environment tailored to the unique needs of each individual. My approach combines expert guidance with empathetic listening, enabling clients to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe space. I can help you connect with calm, with strategies to help you regulate your nervous system.
You may have found yourself in a rough season of life, where your normal coping tools are not bringing relief. Perhaps you’re noticing ways in which you’re acting out, but later regretting, and are not able to break out of patterns. I invite you to take the next step in nurturing your well-being and achieving your potential.
What to expect:
First Step: Contact me for an initial free 15 min discovery call. If we are a fit we will book a 60 min session. Typically we will meet on a weekly basis (which can vary due to scheduling or other factors). We can discuss what is the best schedule for you, and offer flexibility.
Where? Online via zoom. Each session will typically be 60 min online video sessions, on a secure platform. The emphasis is on the importance of confidentiality and creating a respectful atmosphere where you can openly discuss your experiences.
Payment will be made on booking.

Hi… I’m Hilary Karakoc.
I was a Nurse with the NHS for 28 years and after ill health retirement, went back to help during pandemic and realised how stressed my colleagues really where. I had been doing my own inner work to help in my recovery, and decided to retrain as a therapist to help people overcome and create a relationship with themselves that they actually liked… And in building that relationship help to foster better relationships with themselves/others/work/society etc
I retrained as a Therapeutic Coach… and found my love of hypnosis and a love of the mind/body connection.
I worked as a Therapist with an online programme to help women overcome their unhealthy relationship with food.
I also volunteer as a Call Handler on a Charity Lifeline dedicated to Nurses.
I mainly work with women, and would love to help you make that mind body connection to come into calmer more peaceful relationships.
My hospice experiences have taught me just how short life can be and what the most important things are.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a great tool that helps you create positive changes in your life.
It’s been around for thousands of years and has been used by a lot of cultures all over the world with very beneficial results.
It’s a natural state you experience everyday in situations such as when driving back from work and not being aware of how you got home, or when you are watching a movie and you are really caught up into it. It is a state of calm where you are still aware of what is going on around you.

Simple answer is… because hypnotherapy helps… and is continuously helping numerous people. It WORKS!
Hypnotherapy is the process of using hypnosis to interact with the subconscious mind in an open-reflective process to create positive change in your life.
Using hypnotherapy, you can effectively replace limiting behaviors with attitudes and actions that promote growth and success.
It's important to note that the client remains in control… a hypnotist cannot make you do anything you don’t want to do.

Therapeutic Life Coaching
If you’re looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 Therapeutic Coaching might be the right step for you.
Therapeutic Life coaching merges coaching and therapy. It focuses on the present, establishes goals for the future, and considers the past to find a path forward.
Therapeutic Life Coaching is a partnership that helps people set and reach their personal goals. I support clients in understanding themselves better and to grow. I use different methods to boost motivation, clarify goals, and create action plans.
This process helps clients stay accountable and promotes positive changes in their personal and work lives.
NLP
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a psychological approach that explores the connection between neurological processes, language, and behavioural patterns.
Essentially it helps us to learn the language of our own minds…like a manual for the brain. I use this approach to help you accelerate change improving the way you think/feel/behave.
EFT
Emotional Freedom Technique
(EFT) is a bit like acupuncture …without the needles! EFT involves tapping on specific meridian points of the body, while focusing on emotional issues or physical pain. The technique aims to balance the body's energy system.
EFT helps individuals address and release emotional distress, promoting a sense of calm and well-being. It is often used for various issues, including trauma, phobias, and chronic pain.
